ACMH is committed to promoting the wellness and recovery of persons with mental illness. Empowering the consumer is an integral part of that process. All ACMH clients work individually with a case manager to identify the services and supports essential to achieving their goals.
Input from consumers is critical to ACMH’s efforts at continuous quality improvement and in strategic planning. Consumer input is obtained via Client Community Meetings at each program site, Consumer Satisfaction Surveys, and the Client Advisory Committee to the Board of Directors.
Consumers of mental health services sit on the ACMH Board of Directors.
